In 1994 Janet turned her attention to the veterinary world and joined forces with Willesley Equine Clinic, near Tetbury, working with horses and specialising in immediate post trauma wound care

Later that year Lansdown Veterinary Surgeons (Small Animal Hospital) in Stroud asked her to join them, where she had the opportunity to treat a wide variety of avian and exotic animals from hamsters and rabbits to hawks and parrots - in addition, of course, to cats and dogs!

On the human side, in 1996 she was invited to join a team treating both paraplegic and tetraplegic clients using Traditional and Laser Acupuncture and Low Level Laser Therapy.

Now working with Physability-uk, Janet is re-evaluating the success of a treatment protocol she developed earlier using Laser Acupuncture to benefit of both paralysed

humans and animals alike

In 2003 she was asked to give a talk at the Langford Veterinary College, Bristol, on the benefits of

Laser Acupuncture over the use of traditional needles

As well as running her own human practice in Gloucestershire and her work with Physability-uk,

Janet also works along side Trisha Sterry at The Tree of Life Centre, Staverton

On the animal front Janet continues to provide in-house consultation at Lansdown Veterinary Surgeons in Stroud, Dragon Veterinary Centre in Cheltenham and Folly Garden Veterinary Clinic in Tewkesbury, in addition to making home, stable and yard visits
